What Should You Know?

Teaching is organized according to the principle 2 × 2 school lessons a week, which means 3 hours of teaching during a week. The date of start and end of the teaching, as well as non working days, are stated in instruction for paying. They are completely harmonized with school calendar of elementary and high schools.

If small children are in the question, their lessons are shorter and teaching is organized according to the principle 2 × 1 hour a week. This principle is also applied with groups of 4 or less than 4 attendants.

Contracts

With every course taker, no matter of age, typal contract of course attending is signed. In the name of under-age attendants the contract signs one of the parents or guardian. This contract represents valid legal document with which obligations of the course taker and the Agency are regulated, as well as legal situations that can rise from that relation.
Every contract has as identification elements number, date, stamp of the Agency, signature or facsimile of director of Agency, signature of the course taker or parent/ guardian if the course taker is under-age.

If the course taker wants to stop with course attending or he has already done it, it is necessary to inform administrative office of the Agency on time, so that all obligations of those that signed the contract can be regulated and the contract canceled.

Instructions for paying

All course takers get instruction for paying with the contract. With this document are defined way and time of paying of rates of course takers to the Agency, dates of the start of teaching in the first and the second semester, vacations and holidays, number of lessons, and similar things. Instruction for paying, the same as the contract, has identification elements: number, date, stamp of the Agency, signature or facsimile of director of Agency, signature of the course taker or parent/ guardian if the course taker is under-age.

The Agency pays great attention to informing parents about progressing and attendance of children in teaching. According to that, all professors determined terms for informing that you can see in the scheme that follows this text. We believe that cooperation between parents and Agency is necessary in order to preserve trust of each other and justify investing of money and effort of both sides.
