After finishing job, translations are conveyed to consignees in one copy as printed document and on CD, and format of the document belongs to some of the applications of Microsoft Office, depending on format of the authentic document. In order to preserve the integrity of the document it is possible to carry out conversion of these formats in PDF format that is easy to be read with Acrobat Reader. Special attention is paid to existing of the most obvious correlation between original and translation. For each translated document consignee will be given purposive specification that will contain: name of the data library, number of signs according to the data library and calculation.
